Method of Adjustable Heat Treatment Molded Pieces

Abstract


We developed method of adjustable cooling details, which are heat-treated at structuring components of ferrite, pearlite, low and upper bainite. Also microstructure of steel 20 GFL was presented after adjustable cooling process. We present TTT-diagram of steel 20 GFL. We developed operation conditions adjustable heat treatment. In conclusion, we gave a calculation example degree of deformation of steel after impact toughness.
