Mathematical Modeling of Thermal Processes and Optimization of Laser Surface Treatment Modes

Abstract


Based on the mathematical model of the full factorial experiment was evaluated the influence of the main parameters of the laser heat treatment process on the qualitative characteristics of the surface sample - microhardness of the surface. The adequacy of the regression equation and the value of the coefficients of the equation were estimated. To obtain the possibility of optimizing the technological process of laser processing and determining the influence of laser processing parameters on the geometric and qualitative characteristics of the surface sample was carried a mathematical calculation of the thermal processes for laser heat treatment of 95X18 steel through the solution of the heat equation
