Experimental Studies of the Application of the Methodology of Kazakhstan’s CAD of Technological Processes for Manufacturing Parts of Mining Machines and the Development of Recommendations

Abstract


The authors analyze the current situation on the market of existing computer-aided design programs for technological processes in mechanical engineering. The drawbacks of the existing systems in the modern conditions of machine-building enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan are noted. The authors propose a new approach to the development of methods of computer-aided design, which will significantly reduce the time to implement new design developments in production. This is a prerequisite for the release of a developed and adapted national product (CAD program of technological processes) to a foreign market. This reduces the technological dependence of Kazakhstan and increases the international prestige of Kazakhstan
