Mechanism Ball Rolling Ring Bearings

Abstract


The article describes the mechanism of ball rolling rings of ball bearings. The regularities of the distribution of the external load combination between the balls. A mathematical model of the process rolling, allowing to establish a relationship between the load on the balls and operating factors, including contact angle of the balls with the raceway and the ratio of the radial and axial external loads. Profile balls in the operation of the bearing will fit snugly to the profile of the raceways, resulting in that instead of a point contact rolling elements and raceways obtained linear. Efficiency ball rolling is supported by experimental studies. The results obtained and constructed according to possible use in the design of manufacturing processes thrust and radial and thrust bearings. Research can serve as a basis for the study of other types of rolling bearings and parts.
