New Solution in the Design of Wind Power Plants

Abstract


Among renewable energy it occupies an important place energy airflow (AF), which can be recycled and is available in almost any region of the Earth. The paper discusses the features of the two main types of construction of wind power plants: a horizontal rotation axis parallel to the direction of the AF, and a vertical axis perpendicular to the direction AF. We describe the original versions of the design of such facilities, developed with the participation of one of the authors of this article.
