Evaluation of methods PWM voltage active rectifiers rolling mills

Abstract


In this paper, comparative evaluation of two methods for the powerful three-level PWM inverter main electric mill 5000 , with a view to improving the quality of bus voltage at the common connection. The first method is obtained on the basis of experimental measurements and reflects the actual content of higher-order harmonics in the voltage across the section of 10 kV and a current of inverter. As an alternative method PWM method is considered the method selective harmonic elimination. The Application of the second method to reduce the content of higher harmonics in the current and voltage of the inverter on the tires of 10 kV.
