Abstract

The results of students work on testing the method of constructing process maps for determining the modes of hot plastic deformation of a two-phase titanium alloy are presented. The student’s practice work mean object was the application of method obtaining best processing regimes hot plasticity deforming two-phase titanium alloys. For attaining mark the mechanical imitation test at temperature 600-1100oC with speed plastic deform at 10-3 to 10 s-1 were been. The true stress and true strain curves were registered. The temperature – plastic deform speed parameters and the hot deform metals mechanical condition the communication were obtain. The initials inform interpretation have based on rheology – heuristic model, according to the mechanical energy dissipations into sample by heat migration and microstructure transform. The using method is one of the best among materials practices. On experiment data based, the technology process map was build. The hot pressure processing optimum regimes of titanium alloys may be obtaining in compliance with fabrications productions
