Design of Automatic Optimization Control of the Recovery Units of Methanol and Diethylene Glycol

Abstract


The main features of the technological process of methanol and diethylene glycol regeneration are described. Produced by the approximation of the dependency of the density of diethylene glycol and temperature dependencies of the concentration of a saturated solution of the density. A program code for calculating the concentration of the solution in real time has been developed. A brief description and block diagram of a system for the automatic optimization of the control of the recovery units of methanol and diethylene glycol.
