Electret Effect and Mobility of Charge Carriers in the Polymer Electrical Cable and Capacitor Dielectrics

Abstract


Research mobility of charge carriers in the polar and nonpolar dielektrikah (LDPE, HDPE, PET and PC) carried by an electret polarimetry in the electric gas corona and method of thermally stimulated depolarization current TSD. It is shown that the measurement of spectra of TSD at linear heating rate of current 1 °C/min and 10 °C/min, and the method of electret polarimetry can be measured by the value of mobility of electrons and holes in LDPE, HDPE, PET and PC.
