Estiminate of Possobility Applying Billet Calling-Dawn for Decreasing Dissipation of Stress in Piercing

Abstract


The article draws attention to the problem of the inhomogeneity of deformation in the piercing of pipes caused by dissipation of stresses. The inhomogeneity of deformation causes inhomogeneity of mechanical properties, and grain size non-uniformity. In the production of pipes made of austenitic grades of steel, in particular pipes from steel grade 08H18N10T, also thermowells with a non-homogeneous structure, often with a large grain, are obtained, this grain can not be crushed by heat treatment methods. To combat heterogeneity, it is proposed to obtain a blank with heterogeneous fur. properties, more plastic in the middle compared with the surface. To create such an inhomogeneity, it is suggested to use curing of the billet. The mathematical problem of cooling the workpiece is formulated, and the temperature field in the cross section is calculated using the finite difference method
